Priderock Capital Partners, LLC (PRCP) was founded to manage and generate above-average risk adjusted returns for third-party institutional and high net worth investors and to improve the local communities in which we acquire assets, through thorough and creative value-added asset management. Collectively, the PRCP team members have over 90 years of experience acquiring, constructing, developing, financing, managing and renovating multifamily apartment communities. We have acquired, managed or developed over 15,000 multifamily units.

We believe that we will achieve our objectives based on the strength and experience of our team in: 1) underwriting, renovating and operating multifamily residential apartment communities, 2) assessing complex and distressed financial structures, 3) designing ground-up development projects and 4) providing proactive and hands-on asset management.

Our investment philosophy is to generate exceptional returns by finding “true” value-added investment opportunities where we can generate our targeted returns based on conservative underwriting assumptions. We focus on creating value by identifying and mitigating the deal risks associated with complex situations through thorough and exhaustive due diligence and bringing high quality human resources to focus on each specific issue.

In addition to the PRCP team members, we will engage, directly oversee and coordinate a high quality group of third-party resources/service providers to ensure each PRCP project receives the resources required to deliver exceptional results.
